Privacy notice

How we look after your details.

Last updated October 2026. This notice covers the details you share with R3WILD through this website and our platform demo.

Who we are

R3WILD helps South African rewilding landscapes become measurable, fundable nature projects, and connects them with funders. For anything in this notice, contact jess@r3wild.co.

What we collect

Only what you give us through our forms: your name, email and, depending on the form, your phone number, organisation, country, funder type, typical commitment range, interests, details about your land, and any maps or reports you choose to upload.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to assess whether R3WILD is a good fit for you or your land, and to arrange next steps such as an intro call, a site visit or access to a project data room. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your details with a project team only when you ask for access to that project, for example when you request its data room. Landowner details are shared with funders only once you agree. Our forms are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, which may store data outside South Africa.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in conversation with you, and no longer than needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. You can also object to how we use them. Email jess@r3wild.co and we will respond promptly. If you are in South Africa you may also contact the Information Regulator, and if you are in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update it on this page.
